This Privacy Policy covers any of your Personal Information obtained by FACINGS LLC (“FACINGS”). We have dated the policy to indicate whether changes have been made. Material changes will be communicated by posting the new policy here under a new effective date.

Information Collected by FACINGS

We may ask you for your name and postal address, email address, and telephone number information when you participate in the FACINGS platform. We may also seek information regarding your date of birth or age, to verify that you are not a minor, because we have a policy against doing business with minors. We will also likely request your wallet numbers with respect to the relevant tokens, such as WAX or Ethereum, which are pseudonyms that may be capable of identifying you under certain circumstances. Also, in certain circumstances, we may seek other identifying information from you in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, or where applicable, internal revenue service reporting requirements.

You are not required to provide us with personal information. But if you decline our request, you may not participate in the FACINGS platform or use tokens, and we may not be able to respond to your inputs or queries.

Use of Personal Information

Personal Information may be used:

To transact business with you in connection with the FACINGS platform and related transactions and otherwise serve you as a customer;

To assess your interests, preferences and degree of satisfaction with the FACINGS platform, tokens and/or related products and services;

To update you on new FACINGS products, services, and events;

To improve FACINGS products, services, and customer communications through research and data analysis;
